Vidya Bhat is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with a Master’s in Food and Nutrition and an active member of the Singapore Nutrition and Dietetics Association (SNDA). She is also a FODMAP-trained dietitian having received her certification from Monash University, Australia.

With over 20 years of experience in nutrition and dietetics, Vidya has practiced in various settings that include clinical nutrition counseling, corporate wellness, food service management, and education. She specializes in meal planning, weight management, gut health, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular health, and vegetarianism.

“Food matters! My philosophy does not include a complicated, restrictive, or one-size-fits-all approach to healthy eating. I use ‘small steps’ methodologies as most people find it difficult to adapt to ‘big-bang’ changes in their lives. I guide my clients to adopt an ‘everything in moderation’ approach philosophy coupled with mindful eating techniques to cultivate sustainable behavior changes.
